Dr Slavin was my doctor for a number of years, and is the most conscientious, accommodating, and genial Doctor I have ever had.

My wife and I were so sad to hear that he will no longer be our GP but wish him well in his retirement.

I doubt you will ever see this Dr Slavin, but on the off chance that you do, thank you for all the care you have provided over the years. You will be sorely missed..
