"Annoyed"

Had complaint regarding sideboard. Sorted after 6/7 month.

Had to report a dining chair three small pin holes on back

plus fine material hanging down underneath chair. After few months one of the men put finger print over holes so was not showing very well.

Now trying to phone company to day, after ring tone 4/5 got

cut off. Noticed another d/chair has 7 studs missing from both sides of chair. Please can you let me know how this problem can be reckonfied. Phoned today told that she would have to call factory regarding complaint as I bought them a while ago, that is less in 1 year. Surely they would be

guaranteed for 1 year. If not will have to contact trading

standards.
