"Awful experience"

Arrived at salon to have my hair put up for my SONS wedding only to be told that the appointment was cancelled! They had not tried to contact me as I had no missed calls or messages on my phone.

Although the stylist did curl my hair it was not what I wanted and made the start of what was a wonderful day very stressful! Will never set foot in a Regis salon again..
