"Not very happy"

Had my windows fitted by Freelance Windows had to get one unit replaced it was scratched between the glass other unit dirt between glass not replaced as promised had to redo the sill on the bay window as it was not fitted properly mitre not lining up packed up to much to glass level also had to do much of the cleaning up myself not very happy !.
