"Vandalism and unprofessional communication"

I missed a call-out from this company and came home to find my lock sealed shut with red wax/putty. The owner refuses to accept responsibility or address the issue. Communication is aggressive and unprofessional. I had to call another locksmith out to fix the damage done and he said “let me guess - was it lockmasters mobile?” Reported to the police and trading standards..
