"Good workmanship but really bad customer service"

Im sitting doing this review before i send a letter off complaint about there customer service attitude.

i got a brand new front door fitted on 14/9/16 i paid in cash as asked for really very pleasant but think thats all a front to get your money, anyway the other day i was having problems closing my door as the metal catches were stopping door from closing .

i called the company and from the off the lady who took my call was very nasty and unhelpful, i tod her the problem and she went crazy [think she was haivng a bad hair day ]she roared down the phone at me asking if i had paper work which i said yes to but not on me as i was calling from my work.

again she asked me what the problem was i reitterated to her the problemand she shouted down the phone again at me saying it wasnt under warranty i argued with her that it has a ten year warranty,she replied again in a very intimidating manner that the mechanism wasnt under warrantyi said what was under warranty as i wasnt told the mechanism wasnt she blew the roof off by this time i was getting agitated with her attitude and told her well the bloody sales rep never mentioned anything about mechanism not being under warranty .

she then said she could send someone out but there would be a call out fee at that i blew my top and told her to stick there door up there ass and then politely told her i was going to purchase a back door from you when i was on phone but know what with your attitude i wont bloody bother.
