"Postcard with extra 5% discount off All Sale Prices, not honoured."

Receive a postcard from Forrest stating an extra 5% off all sale prices, went into shop to purchase a Himolla Mosel recliner chair and asked for the extra discount only to be told I could not have it as the recliner was all ready discounted in the sale. Why send out the 5% postcard in the first place very misleading..
