"Money taken but no service"

My wife experienced rudeness from a Sharon Walker.

We have used your firm for some years but noticed that the windows were not being cleaned despite the fact we were still paying you by standing order.

When my wife rang to enquire it took her some time to be connected to a person.

This Sharon Walker very rudely told my wife that we had received a letter and should have acted on it.

This is wrong:

1. There was no letter

2. You cannot guarantee that there was a letter

3. This is no way to speak to a customer

4. You have continued to take our money without providing a service. In an efficient firm this should have alerted someone.

Congratulations you have lost a customer. I hope it stays fine for you.
