"I was in, but RM stuffed a card thur' my letterbox"

I want a sorting office number,NOT a call centre. The lazy Royal Mail stuffed a card thru' my letterbox at 10am this morning when I was in as was my cleaning lady and now they expect me to travel 4 miles to their delivery office to collect a parcel of goodness-knows-what!

The driver should be served a written caution and warned as to his service duties.

Simply NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
