"Rude"

Hi I had an appointment set up with them. It was for a free eye test which anyone can get that's why it's free in Scotland ANYONE CAN GET IT!.

but I was asked to bring proof of benefits which is ridiculous as they can check my benefits status anyway. I have worn glasses for 40 years since I was age 2 and never in 40 years have I been asked to prove anything. I called and asked what I was supposed to bring as my carer made the appointment I was speaking to a man and he rudely in my opinion said " FINE! JUST COME DOWN THEN"HE HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME.

Before I could explain its a free test that anyone can get I am astonished at how he spoke to me and I will not go to somewhere like that is it any wonder there always empty when I hobble by.
