"Not a clue"

Dog was In for over 2 wks and never again!

Firstly the male took my booking and when my partner dropped him off couldn't find the entrance

( unkept with motorcycles and rubbish lying around)

I was holiday and when I spoke to the male I said the dog maybe picked up early and chap told me he would refund me half the daily fee (which I thought that's good)

He was picked up 5 days early no mention of the money but nevertheless the point my dog who is a bichon frise (White) was covered in dirt and his own pee, obviously hadn't been washed or looked after.

So was angry when I returned home to call the owner (female) who I questioned why he was dirty apparently she couldn't get near him as he kept growling REALLY! He's a bichon puppy just 10 months old

Anyway I questioned all of this and the reply was beyond rude. No regard for my dogs hygiene or welfare..
