"Snobby and clique"

I used to ride in Ek years ago and we would go to busby to compete and we were looked upon as the poor relations. 20 years on nothing has changed it has the snobby elitist attitude it always had. I took my daughter there and couldn't believe that their attitude was still exactly the same. Robert has got to be the worst instructor I have ever seen and instead of giving the kids words of encouragement all he did was shout at them. Maybe tough love? But I didn't pay £24 for someone to scream at my child..
