"Poor Quality 4" High density concrete blocks"

I don't but many concrete blocks and normally buy from a local independent but this tome i required other things as well so decided to buy from my local branch of Keyline (Wath upon Dearne) This was a big mistake. A good proportion of the 4" high density blocks have edges, corners, ends broke off (approximately 30%). Complained to depot but they have not got back to me as promised, Phoned head office in Glasgow, they are not interested, just gave me another number that wet to voice mail.

All this when their web site says that they are constantly striving to make their service better, but ironically they only have a place to put praises not complaints.

Would NEVER deal with them again..
