I moved into the Elpis Centre 11 years ago and was there for 3 years. All staff and Management caring and helpful. Out of all the many places I lived for 4 years until I moved into Elpis were no where near as helpful to me. I don't think I would be as independent and happy as I am now if I hadn't lived in the ELpis centre and been supported by the service. I have lived independently for the past 6 years since moving on, I got my own tenancy when I was 19 yrs when I moved out of the Elpis centre and I have managed and coped well, and have been able to keep my own tenancy and independence. I don't have a bad word to say about anything and would recommend anyone in need of support to help them move on and be able to live independently stays at the Elpis centre. I'd love to see the staff again and thank them for all they done and also to be able to show them how well I have coped since leaving..
