Hi Nutan,

I don't understand how you think we have breached the data protection act. We are required by law to keep all customers forms for a 3 year period. All customer's forms are kept in compliance with the Data Protection Act.

If there is an issue that you wish to legally pursue you should contact your lawyer and we will respond accordingly. I would ask that from this point on that you do not contact our studio, or any of the staff in our studio, in person from this point onwards.

We will contact our solicitors to advise them of your impending actions.
