RE: Glasgow South East Delivery Office 06/06/2014

What the RM needs to appreciate is that if we call Customer Service about a re-delivery card, we want to talk to someone at the delivery office, not a Comuter Bot, who can help us or someone in another part of the countryt, however I never did find how to connect with a human after two attempts.

Found a telephone number of the local delivery office on line but it just rang out..
