"Service as it should be"

We recently phoned for a quote to B B S to repair a damaged blind and he was out the next day, collected the blind and told us it would be a week & a bit.

2.5 weeks and we phoned for an update and the guy gave us a sincere apology saying he would sort it and be in touch with us soon, we gave him a reminder call a week later and he again apologised saying he though he had left a voice mail saying he was delayed and could not make it due to the part not being delivered, Thought oh here we go !!!

But today he arrived at our door with the repaired blind, refitted it and REFUSED to take the agreed fee, even after forcing the money into his hand he placed it back on the table saying he does not like letting customers down, no matter how hard we tried to get this guy to take the money he point blank refused and left.

Bill take a bow sir, you did a good job but you should have taken what was due to you, your customer service is first class .

It was not you fault that your supplier let you down, thank you for everything and should I require any more repairs or new blinds I would not hesitate in coming back to you.

I would also highly recommend you .
