"Have you every tried speaking to someone in scotland street on the telephone"

I have been trying to speak to someone from Gibson & Goold on the telephone for over a month.

not possible, nobody ever answers, the phone automatically gives a recorded message stating the opening hours,there is not even an option to leave a message.

strange way to run a business ! .
