"Times have changed!"

Browsed through all of the reviews below and I must say that I strongly disagree with every negative one. Times have most definitely changed in this store! The store itself has since been refurbished with new coffee machines fitted and the staff and coffee quality couldn't be faltered! Been visiting the Braehead store regularly for the past year or so now and I will certainly be continuing to do so for as long as the current high standard is maintained..
