"Phone in order"

Called & placed a pick-up order tonight 22/11/13, was told it would be about 10-15 mins. I arrived & told the woman that I had phoned was told they would get to me but had to wait in the queue after being in queue for about 15 mins it was my turn told her I had phoned my order & was told that they didn't take orders @ week-end so I told her that I should have been informed of that by LIz who took my call, so in future I will not be going back.
