"Royal Mail telephone answering"

A review of Royal Mail by Peter Collins written on Friday 12th of July 2013

Today, 12.07.2013 we received at our business centre a "fee to pay" card. The addressee was not one of our clients and no-one knew to whom this should be delivered.

I found the telephone number of the Delivery Office for Glasgow Southeast and proceeded to ring them.

After making around 30 attempts I finally got a ringing tone. I held on until the telephone service disconnected me due to the number remaining unanswered.

So much for Royal Mail Customer Service........and they want to offer shares???.
