"The staff should be qualified to answering the fone"

Telephoned the cafe to place an order I asked if the special was still on and the man I spoke to said yes ,I then asked what time it finished he said 5 o'clock I them said can I have a delivery he asked another person in the shop and they then said we don't deliver specials on the phone I said no bother we will come along for it and we did , we arrived at the cafe at 4.48 went in to order to be told the specials finished at 4.45 by another member of staff .just wish these employees new what they were talking about and maybe learn to use a clock .
