"Good value"

My wife and I had a 5 day coach holiday with Caledonian Travel to London 3 September 2012. This was our first time on a coach holiday. The hotel we were booked for was cancelled and on reading TripAdvisor we nearly cancelled the holiday as the reviews were so bad. However we took the chance and went. We had a great holiday, although the hotel was a wee bit tired the staff were great and the buffet for breakfast and dinner had a good choice, although you always get someone who makes it their life to complain. We had no complaints. Our room was a good size and clean. In particular the driver of our Caledonian Travel Coach was great (Paul) he had a great manner and made sure that everyone had a good time. We will be taking more trips in the future.
