"Got a shocking haircut at Rita's salon"

I meekly accepted the haircut I received at the Great Western Road salon of Rita Rusk's. What can you do, ask for them to stick it back on? To be completely fair, I have in the past, received some excellent cuts at this salon by hairdressers who care about what you want and take their time and thats why I've gone back. Things seem to have gone downhill for this branch however. I paid £39 and I feel I might as well have gone to a barbers. It was cut (well, 'hacked' at)with a pair scissors supposedly to give me a 'textured' look. I was so shocked halfway through I wanted to get up and leave but could not see the point - I thought it could get better. It was far too short (i had provided an image) and I feel no attention was paid to how it framed my face - it looks like a mans crew cut. I look terrible and have to live with it. I paid up and even tipped but when I got home I was really angry. Maybe Rita Rusk should go back to basics and visit her salons. Im voting with my feet..
