You have staff with a terrible attitude, they do not knOw what manners are. I just walked up, and before I said hello, she just started to SHOUT " yes?" and asked WHT SAUCE WITH IT"? when i ordered my bun, i decided I didn't want anything after that, just ordered for my friend , should have seen her face!! I don't know what happened before I arrived, but she looked like she was unhappy with something!

The manager here should go to the finnieston branch and learn a thing or two!

Bad management! I will not be coming here again, I'd rather drive to the showcase, even though I live just down the road from you.
