St Marthas had 2 outstanding football teams in the years 1975 - 1977, managed by Gerry King (under 12s) & Mr mcCormack (under 11s). In 1975 the under 11s won the Glasgow Northen League, only to lose the grand final, the following year they won the Gabriel Shield as well as 2 cup competitions. Andy Mullen is the most famous player from that team but he was helped with players like Aldo McGovern ,Chaz Revie and Gordon Gould. Really good team but they did'nt come close to the team a year younger than them.

In 1976 the under 11s won the northern league and grand final, they also won 3 cups and lost 1 final. In 1977 they also won the gabriel shield plus another 4 cups. That team consisted of players like Steph Farrelly,Ian Jamieson ,Paul Revie and John Regan.

In 1983 All Saints Secondary made the Scottish Schools U18s final at Hampden Park and 9 of this team were in the 13 stripped for the final. Probably the schools greatest ever team..
