"Just wondering why they have a phone line?????"

I have heard the "Thanks for waiting, one of our advisers will be with you as soon as possible", at least 30 times - now bored of counting and wondering why the hell they have a phone line if all it does is play tunes to their customers.................Also why are people charged 17% of their rebate for admin plus VAT when this is the fault of the Inland Revenue? Shouldn't they be paying us interest and compensation for their errors not punishing us with admin costs!!!.
