"Lanark"

Having recently moved to Lanark, and stumbling across Watt Brothers and being very impressed I searched online to see if they had an online store (evidently not) and I found this review site. 
I cannot fathom that people have had a bad experience in the Lanark store. Every single time I have been in I have received the best service imaginable, much better than the likes of John Lewis and House of Fraser. The staff always have time for you and so polite - a real testament to the manager. The next time I am in, I will ask to speak to him/her and tell them that their store is excellent! 
I even received assistance to my car with paint, which was very kind considering it was pouring with rain outside - again just little things all add up! The paint was a bargain as well!
