"Parmesan or Pistachio?"

The last time I dined at Rococo (and it will be the last time) the chef 'mixed up' the parmesan with the pistachio and added the parmesan to my pineapple and pistachio crumble. Not a very pleasant experience. The waitress said I would not have to pay for the dessert (obviously!) and offered me a drink on the house. She could have offered me a lump of chicken I wasn't hungry or thirsty. That really ruined the meal for me and the owners (responded 3 weeks later) to say it was dealt with effectivley and they would have done the exact same! I've been to establishments with fewer accolades than Rococo (and may with more) and never have had such a stomach turning experience.
