I called Consumer Direct 0845 4040506 this morning and they advised me to send recorded delivery letter to the shop and give them 14 days to reply.If no reply then call them again for more advice. They may be getting their mail redirected. If the Cameroms have every intention of honouring their orders they should reply to the letter.
