From the Evening Times:

Glasgow City Councils Trading Standards department said it had received only had two complaints about the company over the past five years, but it advised customers to contact Consumer Direct on 0845 4040506 for advice.

Phone and give them **** ladies. These people should not be allowed to get away with this!!!!!!.
