My experience with them was not good. Bad haircut, even worse attitude. I have been growing my hair for more than two years, and after they tried to repair the mess they made it's now a very choppy collar length! Worst of all was the arrogant, dismissive way they dealt with the problem. They are not very nice. Vidal Sassoon sold to Regis in 2002. The whole thing is just a front and they trade on name only. Much better competion nearby with the decent stylists leaving and getting jobs with the competitors!
