I have been dining on and off at the Giffnock Ivy for the past couple of years and i can't believe the transformation recently carried out by the current owners/management team of Peter and Judy. The restaurant opened its doors in April 2008. The menu is of a Scottish/ Fench theme that is both very attractive and caters for all. The surrounds, ambience, service and quality of food is second to none and out of this world. The staff are so friendly and approachable you feel very much as part of the family. In the short space of time the restaurant has really established itself as a hidden gem in the surburb of Giffnock. All the food is cooked to order using fresh local produce and the quality (not to mention the quantity) is to die for. The food and service is to a very high standard. I wish Peter and Judy and all the staff every success in the future.
