"Communication breakdown"

If you choose this company,insist on paying in small, staged payments. The only way you can get proper communication is if you still have money to pay. Otherwise you face misinformation, obfuscation or no information at all.  
It's a pity, because the finished job is reasonable,seemingly due to the contractors involved (note - NOT employees) rather than the representatives of the company. 
No-one from Dans la Cuisine has come to see the finished kitchen or establish whether I was satisfied with the installation - I think that says it all....
