"Waste of space!!!!!"

Dealt with Duotool for a good few years, with a girl called Pam. Superb service, no problems at all. I beleive she then left the company, as she had a new job, and since then, Ive had nothing but problems. Ive had two orders, since she left, both of which, I had wrong items sent. Therefore haven't dealt since. I hope this isn't the way forward.....
