"Lady Owner rude and unhelpful"

I picked up an item this morning to see the price of an item and the worker in the shop who also claimed she was the owner attempted to discipline me like I was a school child. Dreadful manner and attitude needs completely changing. Hardly a welcoming environment. These shops should be happy when someone comes thought their door as each person is a potential paying customer. To purposely scare customers off though with such a hostile welcome seems completely stupid..
