My brother tried to buy a pair of jeans from your shop in springburn way Glasgow but was refused them because my brother only had £6-odds on him so was told by the supervisor he would have to return with the £1 & the jeans would be put aside for him till he returned & this is what you call charity I mean the items yous sell are donated freely surely a little kindness could have been shown here Im sure you will deal with this appropriately.
