We sacked our factor last year and found POSS to be very helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend them. They do not tie you in to paying a monthly fee or a float or anything, however, there's no such thing as a free lunch, and POSS make their money by adding a whopping 20 percent onto any bills. Mind you, if there are no bills then it is free. This probably makes them cheaper in the long run. It's all explained on their websites. At the end of the day they are still factors, you just pay them in a different way.
