"Shocking Place to order from"

Avoid this place WHY The service is slow they cannot take phone orders correctly and when they estimate a time FORGET IT.

I called at 7pm told 45 minutes by 8.30pm no sign so called back and was told someone forgot to write order down, I only ordered a munchybox how hard is that.

On other occasions I go to the shop order a Kebab and they are so slow you wait 30 minutes to get it "NOT ON"

On another occasion my Girlfriends son ordered a 16" pizza 2SURELY THEY COULD NOT SCREW THIS UP" WRONG they sent out a 12" pizza.

The place is a total shambles basically avoid it. Go to Woor Ping or The Braes chippie instead.

If anyone from Heeras wants to respond then I gladly look forward to the reply. .
