On visiting Robert Jenkins the art of service was experienced with the owners and staff dedicated to looking after their customers and advising them on the benefits of the shoes they want to buy, a great experience and fantastic to see a retailer that genuinely wwants to give service. Incidently i am told they have taken their shopping experience for shoes to Ocean Terminal, Edinburgh.
