"Nothing is to much trouble!!"

I live down south whilst visiting family i popped in to purchase a door number in Renie Macintosh, i couldn't believe my eyes that it was still the smiling old lady behind the counter. Same smile and excellent service. She had it delivered direct to my door within 3days. Purchased a walking stick for my mother, and was told "if she disnae like it bring it back". They are a lovely family with the best customer service. Nothing is to much trouble!!! .
