I agree with the concerns raise regarding the handyman doing IST work.

As a handyman myself, I will not do any work that

I do not feel happy to do, if asked to do such work I tell them they must log it as a job as I am not allowed to do it.

If it came from a IST himself I would refuse to do the job,but then again I suppose the problems arise if your IST is not taking liberties with the handyman.

I must admit, I have never had any problems with the 2 IST'S I have worked under with regards to this mater.

And dont forget a GSM can not order you to undertake any job, he can ask you and if you feel your not capable to do the job it must be logged as a job..
