I totally agree with the observer but the majority of the staff have been shafted so much that they have lost heart and the will to fight. We are being treated shamefully and with five weeks to go I believe it is not too late to do something about it. Cora are getting away with treating us like fools and we are all doing nothing about it. I say lets fight back and give them something to think about..
