Response Handling Ltd. Is one of a few outsource companys employed by BskyB Ltd. to manage their customer interactions for them. They do this with two campaign types, inbound - where sky customers call in to discuss various aspects of their package, and outbound - where sky instruct them to call sky customers who have not opted out for marketing calls (the datafiles sky send them is pre-screened against the telephone preference service, (TPS) to make sure customers who are registered with the service do not receive calls from them), are called regarding special, existing customer only offers which may beable to offer sky customers better value for money or just simply better package to suit their individual needs.

To register for the TPS, please contact your telephony provider.

Response also manages customer interactions for a number of other companys including Scottish Power, Student Loans, US Embassy, Hiscox Insurance and many more.
