"Cromwell models - worst customer service I've ever tried"

I completely agree with which has been said by others - Cromwell Models has the worst customer service I have ever tried. I placed an order about five months ago and they were lighting fast to charge my credit card, but so far I have received nothing. Trying to contact them is almost like sending messages into the void - same results. Moreover, I am from Italy and for me it is more difficult to start legal proceedings against them.

They would well deserve to go out of business (well, only after I have received all the items I ordered from them)..
