"Cromwell - Appalling Customer Care"

Just for the record I agree with most of the comments here. I ordered a couple of kits from Cromwell at the beginning of July. They had the nerve to cash my cheque promptly and yet I have still not received my goods - it is now October. I have e-mailed them 3 times and left 2 messages on their answer machine asking them to get back to me with progress on my order. They have chosen to ignore all approaches. My next e-mail will be to give them 24 hours to respond or I will be taking this up with the Trading Standards office. This kind of customer service is appalling and totally inexcusable - no matter how good the product may be. They do not deserve to be in business. I shall certainly not deal with them again..
