I attended the funeral of a friend conducted by Steven Sim a few years ago.

When my young brother died recently aged 38 the whole family was so devastated and I was the only one who could think of a name and some help at that time.

I called this firm and from that moment the pressure and worry was lifted. Mr. Sim's calm and caring manner eased us a little and helped us cope with dealing with the arrangements.

The care given by Mr. Sim and his excellent colleagues without question helped us all.

We all felt we had done right by our young Allan.
