"Cromwell & customer service"

I've tried to contact them in the past (2 or 3 years ago) always without success. Even when you are actually ordering the customer service is non existent. I bought their Vickers Light tank Mk VI, waited for months for it and recieved no reply when asking why it was taking so long. Also when I finally got it I asked about some products that were on the list they sent with it that don't appear on the websight and also recieved no reply, I guess my money wasn't good enough for them. As for the product, it was alright but not up to the standards of Accurate Armour, I won't bother with them again..
