"What a great relief!"

A year ago I had an appointment for a mammogram. I attended the clinic but left before I got the x-rays. I had been frightened by a bad experience elsewhere and feared the whole experience. This year, I attended fully expecting it to be horrible again. However, it was such a good experience that I can't thank the staff enough. They were kind and reassuring and made sure I felt in control. I didn't feel pain (apart from having my breast squeezed - so what) and would never have believed it could be so easy!
