"Poor service."

Been using Byres Road garage for a long time, but have since fallen out with them for messing me around.

Took my car in for an MOT on the Friday which failed on a few silly things. They said they couldnt fix it until the following Wed, which I agreed to. Picked the car up on Wed, and they hadn’t fixed anything at all! Not even a new wiper blade or the other work I had asked for!

Said it had an electrical problem and they would have to get an auto electrician to fix it but he couldnt look at it until the following Monday.

Have now given up and taken the car to a Mercedes specialist.

Is a shame because I have used them frequently in the past.

Also, if you book your car in for a specific time, they just look at it whenever it suits them!!!

Perhaps they need to invest in some decent diagnostic equipment and not overbook themselves.
